Are rimmel and maybelline cosmetics tested on animals?

I looked it up on the offical PETA list of companies who don't test on animals. I found that Maybelline doesn't and Rimmel does

Maybelline is owned by L'Oreal which does, and Rimmel is owned by Coty, which does, so I personally avoid them.Are rimmel and maybelline cosmetics tested on animals?
