i bout maybelline concealer and its a shade too light but i did open it and test it (hardly used at all) so if i go back tomorrow with the receipt, can i exchange it for the same product (in different shade) or will i have to pay extra?Exchange policy for cosmetics at target?
target is horrible for returning or exchanging things. and store like wal mart and target will not let you return make up. even if it's un opened, i've tried before.Exchange policy for cosmetics at target?
No, as long as you didn't use it, and you have a receipt, they should let you exchange it for a better shade that's actually your color. Target has a decent return policy.
